Delivery Information

Our Company receives your orders through online purchases, instagram or WhatsApp.

We then do a payment verification. If it is through our online store www.floreahome.com, this payment will be verified with a notification email that should arrive from the Payu payment platform. This payment can be by credit or debit card. We also receive other payment methods such as consignment or transfer to the account indicated in the payment process, payments via ballot and win.

After verifying your payment. We pack and schedule the shipment of your delivery in the city that you have registered in Colombia, normally we have in inventory all the products that you find on our platform. However, it is possible that sporadically the updates in the system are not up to date. In this case, we will do our best to fulfill your order since our brand designs and produces all the products that we publish and sell. Thus, we will communicate with you so that you are aware of the production time.

After the products are collected, the delivery time will depend on the transport company, normally 1 or 2 days for main cities in Colombia and 3/5 days for secondary cities.
